In case of free 0800-numbers, all costs are for the operator of the service number without income.

Tariff numbers (090X) generates beside the costs also income for the operator of the number. Depending on the `type' (costs by conversation or by minute) and `altitude' of the chosen tariff in combination with the average conversation duration stipulates whether or not there are more profits than costs. In consultation with I-Plus the clients will look from case to case at the specific objectives and the number expected conversations per month and average conversation duration in order to come to the best possible tariff. The calculator on this site offers a clear and reliable picture of the remainder conversation turnovers/-costs. 

There is a choice in tariff setting, one is based on a fixed amount by conversation irrespective of the conversation duration or the other is based on a tariff per minute that is charged pro rata of the conversation duration with the caller. The choice from possible tariffs by conversation starts at € 0.35 and finishes at the highest tariff of     € 1,30, whereas the tariffs per minute start at € 0.01 and finish at
€ 0.80 per minute.
For customers who can’t settle VAT with the local Tax Authorities,   I-Plus could offer so called Tax Free numbers so that gross income equals nett income.
