Income is paid for 100% to the customers under calculation of the costs which are always charged pro rata of the conversation duration irrespective of the type of number (0800/090X/088) and irrespective of the 090X-conversation tariff by conversation or by minute. 

If a customer choose for a conversation tariff of € 0.10 or higher than these customers always receive money from every conversation made as long as the calls are put through to a Dutch normal phone number.  

088-Company numbers are standardized on the national conversation tariff  where conversation costs are higher than conversation income.

To be able to constantly prove the quality of our service, we invest continually in updates and upgrades for our ICT-Platforms. For this we ask a small monthly subscription compensation with which you are permanently assured of our high reliability. When numbers are provided with additional facilities than we charge an extra fixed monthly fee for this. Thus you never pay a surplus for facilities which you never use and we are very predictable with the monthly costs we charge.
